I'm always looking for ways to help me relax, unwind and recharge. Music is a gift that I have found helps me achieve this. Music also helps me to be able to focus in prayer and meditation when it's not fighting for attention. Simple, ambient and low key, "echo" can be used in different ways and can be arranged into distinct playlists by using the included symbol key. (available as a bonus item with the whole project)

For those who are HSP (Highly Sensitive Persons) and need some peace and tranquility to rejuvenate, this is for you. The album contains a natural ebb and flow in it's existing track listing. Customize the playlist (because everyone is unique) to fit your personal frequency.

Lastly, this music is background so I suggest keeping the volume low. Simple melodic motifs that are repeated help you to be able to focus on whatever else you are doing. In the case of some tracks, the bottom end is huge. Those tracks are best experienced on a good system that can take advantage of the low cycles and help you feel the music.
